West Bengal Government is recruiting eighth standard pass out, apply by 31st August


The West Bengal government is going to fill several vacancies under the Calcutta Municipal Corporation. Applications must be submitted by August 31.

The West Bengal Municipal Commissioner (WBMSC) has invited applications for a total of 858 vacancies. The minimum educational qualification for these posts is eighth grade pass. Let us know about the details of the application.

Position Name: Laborer

Educational Qualification: Minimum 8th class pass

Application Procedure: Online

Age limit: 18 years to 40 years as on January 1, 2020. An additional 5 years is being given for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and an additional 3 years for OBC enlisted in West Bengal. The age limit for PWD recruitment is 45 years.

Candidate Selection: Candidates will be selected through written test, personality test and field test. Both male and female candidates can apply.

Application Fee: A fee of Rs. 220 must be paid along with the online application form. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, OBC and PH groups will have to pay an application fee of Rs.70. Payment should be made through debit card or credit card or net banking process. In addition, this fee can also be deposited through bank invoice.
